At Glowylo, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Processing Time
Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Orders are usually processed and sent to our shipping partners within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the period it takes for your package to reach you after it has been shipped.

Split Shipments
Some items may ship separately from different warehouses and may arrive at different times. This is normal and not a cause for concern.
Insured Shipping
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof (photos or videos) is submitted.
Priority Insured Shipping
Priority Insured Shipping ensures your order is prioritized in our daily fulfillment queue. However, delivery times may still vary depending on carrier conditions and order volume. All priority shipments remain fully insured.
EU Customers Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
