At Glowylo, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing Time

Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Orders are usually processed and sent to our shipping partners within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the period it takes for your package to reach you after it has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region:

United States & Canada: 2–4 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, if item is in stock)
Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, if item is in stock)
United Kingdom & Europe: 2–4 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, if item is in stock)
Other Countries: 2–5 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, if item is in stock)

Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately from different warehouses and may arrive at different times. This is normal and not a cause for concern.

Insured Shipping

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof (photos or videos) is submitted.

Priority Insured Shipping

Priority Insured Shipping ensures your order is prioritized in our daily fulfillment queue. However, delivery times may still vary depending on carrier conditions and order volume. All priority shipments remain fully insured.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

Correct or update your data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving goods (EU law)

Return Protection System (Important Policy)

To maintain fair usage, prevent return abuse, and ensure long-term pricing stability for all customers, Glowylo operates a Return Protection System 2.0.

Return Authorization Requirement

All returns must be requested and approved before shipping back items
Unauthorized returns will be rejected and not refunded

Inspection Policy

Returned items may be inspected upon arrival
Refunds or replacements will only be approved after inspection

Fair Usage Policy

To prevent abuse of the return system:

Excessive or repeated return behavior may result in refusal of future service
Orders suspected of return abuse may be restricted or denied

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Return shipping fees are not covered by Glowylo

EU Legal Compliance Notice

This Return Protection System does not affect your statutory EU consumer rights.

EU customers retain the right to withdraw within 14 days as required by law.
